桑植一村干部“雁过拔毛”被查

7月7日，记者获悉，湖南省张家界市桑植县上河溪乡扒拉坪村党支部书记石干明因截留挪用扶贫建房款、生态公益林补偿款受到党内严重警告处分。

经查，年至年，石干明截留挪用村民尚某英、张某凡、张某林扶贫建房款共计2.45万元用于村部建设；截留挪用生态公益林补偿款6.86万元用于村道整修和维护，违反党的纪律，根据《中国共产党纪律处分条例》等相关规定，给予石干明党内严重警告处分。（红网张家界）

武陵源面向全球评选征集吉祥物

由张家界市武陵源区人民政府、张家界武陵源风景名胜区和国家森林公园管理局和北京炫丽科技有限公司历时一年多精心塑造的张家界核心景区武陵源吉祥物三套备选作品日前出炉。7月8日起，三套备选作品“仙山神猴”、“山精灵”、“龙虾王子”面向全球网友公开进行评选，并同步启动“我要PK，我来设计”吉祥物创作设计征集活动，至8月8日结束。

“吉祥物”是传递文化的象征物，可以跨越国界沟通世界，是讲好中国故事，传播中国声音非常好的载体。年，武陵源区与北京炫丽科技公司合作开发设计具有深厚文化底蕴和极具武陵源旅游资源特色的吉祥物，并相继推出了文化衫、文具、日常用品等一系列文化创意作品。

吉祥物设计单位北京炫丽科技公司负责人介绍说，设计作品之一是以武陵源山为元素创作的“山精灵”，突出“山”文化特点，将武陵源“自然与神奇”、“中国山水画”、“梦开始的地方”、“奇迹发生的地方”等理念逐一传递。设计作品之二是以武陵源弥猴为元素创作“仙山神猴”，突出“山与猴”文化特点，将武陵源“自然与神山”、“吉祥与好运”、“梦想与奇迹”、“创新与开放”等理念逐一传递。设计作品之三是以张家界武陵源特有的植物龙虾花为元素吉祥物创作的“龙虾王子”，突出“龙虾花一花一世界”文化特点，将武陵源“自然与生态”、“生命与奇迹”、“吉祥与祝福”逐一传递。

最终吉祥物的确定，交由网友投票选定，网友只须
